CS Handouts Guideline 

Computer science is a tough subject, and to better understand students, they need to follow VU Lectures and Handouts. Without pursuing these, students will not get good grades, or it is possible that they may not qualify for a degree.

VU Computer Science Curriculum

The Computer Science department taught different courses across different degree programs. 

Basic Courses Computer Science

Starting with Introductory courses CS101 ((Introduction to Computing) and CS201(Introduction to Programming), students learn the basics of computer science and programming. CS101 is a basic computer science course that is taught in almost all faculties and programs to help students gain a basic understanding of computer science.

Intermediate courses Computer Science

CS301 (Data Structures) and CS304 (Object-Oriented Programming) were introduced. At the same time, CS312 (Database Modeling and Design) and CS311 (Introduction to Web Services Development) courses are intermediate-level courses that offer web development and data structure guidelines to students.

Advanced courses Computer Courses

These advanced-level courses make you an expert in the computer science field. The courses are CS501 (Advanced Computer Architecture), CS508 (Modern Programming Languages), and CS607 (Artificial Intelligence).

Specialized Courses

To understand the latest technologies, VU offers advanced-level courses such as  CS710 (Mobile and Pervasive Computing), CS725 (Data Mining), CS708 (Software Requirement Engineering), and CS615 (Software Project Management). These courses help students to understand better and to train for the recent IT job market.
